Overview
Pectin is a naturally occurring structural polysaccharide found in the cell walls of fruits. It is widely used as a gelling agent, thickener, and stabilizer in the food industry. LUXI Chemical offers both High-Methoxyl (HM) and Low-Methoxyl (LM) pectin grades extracted from citrus peel and apple pomace.
Our pectin meets international food additive standards including E440 (EU) and is suitable for use in jams, jellies, yogurts, confectionery, and pharmaceutical applications.
